RN Home Health Ocean (FT)
Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation of direct nursing care to assigned patients and their families in the home setting.
S/he will also be manage the coordination, supervision and direction of all Home Health services.
Requirements:
Professional Registered Nurse with current New Jersey license.
Two years of nursing experience required, acute experience and home care experience preferred.
BSN preferred.
Current New Jersey drivers license in good standing and reliable transportation.
