In Home Social Worker/ IIC Therapist

Quality Families is an in-home therapy program providing in-community interventions for youth facing mental, emotional, and/or behavioral challenges. The in-Home IIC Therapist works to establish a partnership with clients and their family, applying therapeutic interventions to support the youth and their family, enabling them to remain in the community.This position offers (and requires) flexible scheduling.We also provide a strong clinical supervision experience and training program supporting professional development and clinical licensure!
Responsibilities:
Conduct therapy sessions for clients with behavioral health concerns Provide child and family counseling services to address emotional, social, and behavioral issues Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques Perform patient assessments to develop personalized treatment plans Implement psychotherapy interventions to support clients in achieving their treatment goals Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment plans Comprehensive documentation in the EHR system
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field Valid state licensure as a Therapist or ability to obtain licensure Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with clients Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional documentation skills Basic technology proficiency (for use of EHR software) Experience working with individuals and families preferred Recommended Skills Assessments Behavioral Medicine Clinical Supervision Clinical Works Communication Interpersonal Skills Apply to this job. n Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
