They also participate in cycle counts and picking products for customer orders.
This position is full-time, Monday-Friday 8:
30a-5pm.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Uses IQMS system to confirm customer orders.
Prepares customer invoices and other paperwork necessary for foreign orders.
Prepares bills of lading and miscellaneous materials for shipments and route following standard procedures or customer instructions.
Records quantities and checks to ensure that order is complete.
Works with Customer Service for special requests and/or shipping instructions.
Maintains department files.
Handles routine correspondence with express and freight agents, calls freight carriers for pickup.
Operate forklift and other material handling equipment.
Performs other duties as required.
Requirements:
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS To perform this job successfully, an individual mustbe able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree(GED).
LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, shortcorrespondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to effectivelypresent information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply anddivide with 10's and 100's.
Ability to perform these operations using units of American moneyand weight measurement, volume, and distance.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Forklift certification a plus but we can train and certify if not presently certified.
Must maintain a valid forklift driver'scertificate.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
The work area is often dusty and the air temperature may be hot or cold occasionally.
Employee is required to follow all safety rules and procedures including, but not limited to, usingrequired Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
PPE for this position includes safety glasses, fallprotection (safety harness and/or lanyard) and hard toed shoes.
PPE also includes gloves (general cloth work gloves or Nitrile chemical resistant gloves) as necessary.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
