Job DescriptionWhite and Williams LLP, a large multi-practice and leading law firm ranked by Chambers in insurance law, is seeking highly motivated associates with 2-5 years of insurance coverage experience for our Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Practice.
PA, NY, NJ, MA, or DE Bar admission helpful, but not required.
Excellent opportunity for a hardworking professional to contribute to a complex, varied insurance coverage practice handling first and third-party claims and litigation, among other areas of need.
Ideal candidate is someone with strong research and writing skills, who is confident appearing before court and clients, and who is looking to work closely with colleagues to further develop and expand his/her/their practice, experience, and expertise.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
