Job Description:
Greet customers when they come into the facility Communicate effectively with potential and existing customers Build relationships with families and get to know their names and their children's names Handle customer complaints gracefully with a win/win outcome Lead by example for other staff members by using the customer-focused principle in every customer interaction Answering sales calls and conducting tours Enrolling children in swim lessons and managing the lesson schedules Engaging with Children and Families on the joy of learning & swimming Smiling and having fun Answering questions and providing feedback to children and parents Ensuring a fantastic, family-friendly experience On-going training and growth through teaching assessments Attend staff meetings and regular in-service training BENEFITS to take care of all our teammates, just like you take care of our families!
