00 Work Experience Requirement:
Two to three years proven experience working in a professional office environment.
The Bilingual (English/Spanish) Program Assistant I is responsible to assist with bilingual clients found eligible for the child care subsidy-NJCK, WFNJ and TCC.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Conduct new parent orientations Provide child care provider training/tutorials on policies, and using the ECC Provider Portal to view agreements and payments ECC duties as needed Employee is responsible for complete maintenance of NJCK cases Assimilation of the regulations and procedures under which these programs operate Ability to assess program eligibility for NJCK program Write and send preliminary and final agreements Enter child care agreements onto CARES Update client addresses in CARES and WLS for accuracy purposes Utilize WLS for client information, technical assistance entries and general case documentation Accurately track and act on all paperwork due dates Process re-determinations and issuance of termination notices as necessary Monitor and track all parents who have had their child care subsidies suspended or terminated as a result of program violations Manage child care problems and/or complaints about/from providers Communicate effectively with parents regarding program regulations Communicate effectively with providers regarding program regulations/payment issues Conduct payment analyses to resolve payment discrepancies Advise providers about payments made Receptionist duties as needed The Children's Home Society is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer M/F/D/V.
