Position Summary The HR Business partner will provide strategic HR advice and solutions to drive business growth and success.
This position will be responsible for working on a full range of HR functions.
Duties and Responsibilities The duties include, but are not limited to:
Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's goals and objectives.
Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.
Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations and provides guidance on disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans as needed.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures, performance management, and compliance matters.
Ensure FLSA compliance by accurately determining and classifying hourly and salary roles, including exempt and non-exempt positions.
Develop and implement succession planning strategies to identify and develop talent for key roles.
Develop workforce plans that align with business needs and talent requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
Edit and maintain the employee handbook, ensuring that it reflects current policies and legal requirements.
Draft and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's culture and values.
Interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure new hires are set up for success.
Ability to travel up to 20%.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

years of experience in an HR Business Partner role, preferably in a DSO/MSO environment.
SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) a plus but not required.
Strong understanding of FLSA compliance and experience classifying hourly and salary roles.
Experience developing and implementing succession planning and workforce planning strategies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience with HR investigations and employee relations issues.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
