Preferred is hiring a client services coordinator for our Toms River, NJ office.
The client services coordinator is responsible for the staffing operations of the office and assisting in maintaining compliance with all regulatory and accrediting standards for home health care staffing.
Duties of Position 1.
Responsible for the coordination of client visits, maintenance, and upkeep of scheduling records 2.
Communicate scheduling changes between office and field staff accurately and on a timely basis 3.
Act as a liaison between clients and scheduled staff to communicate changes and needs Responsibilities of Position 1.
Deliver superior customer service to clients and field staff to ensure quality home care service is provided 2.
Focus on managing coordination of client services and emergent scheduling issues 3.
Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payers, and community organizations 4.
Manage caseload while proactively growing it by adapting to strategic initiatives set by management 5.
Provide recommendations to management for improved results based on current business trends and feedback 6.
Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team 7.
Position is guided by goals and deadlines, which requires excellent organization and time management skills 8.
Ability to handle on-call, which is after work hours 9.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor Qualifications 1.
Bachelor's degree is required 2.
Seasoned professional with proactive, critical-thinking skills.
Must be able to resolve issues, collaborate with a team, and understand the need for accurate and timely communication and escalation 3.
At least one year of scheduling experience required 4.
Prior medical office, home care, or facility staffing experience preferred 5.
Prior supervisory experience a plus 6.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines 7.
Ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing 8.
