In this role, you will be reviewing newly sold orders & ensuring they are qualified to be installed.
To qualify an order, you will be ensuring that what we specified was ordered & what was ordered meets all of our installation requirements.
If a project cannot be qualified, you will be working closely with the customer & Lowes to get it qualified.
A huge part of this position is working with customers in regard to their order status.
You will be their point of contact and source of direction/information during the qualification stage.
You will additionally be the go-to companywide when there needs to be alterations to their order.
You will be working closely with a team of 4 other Production Coordinators that are all out going and excited to meet you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Review new orders and qualify orders than are correct.
Be an advocate for the customers by continuously keeping them informed of their order status Work with partners to find common issues to resolve them moving forward.
Verifies that all products meet specifications and quality standards before customer can become scheduled for an installation.
QUALIFICATIONS Must always be professional, customer-oriented, and an active listener.
Must be detail-oriented Need to be reliable, punctual, trustworthy Computer proficient Job Type:
