Director of Human Resources /Staffing Responsibilities of a Director of Human Resources /Staffing:
Create and maintain staff schedules Maintain records of call outs, tardiness, and early arrivals.
Coordinate with HR on employee retention and recruitment processOnboarding new hires and organizing orientation Evaluate annual performance reviews if needs Coordinating interviews with recruiting and department heads Qualifications of a Director of Human Resources /Staffing:
Two years of long term care experience as a (HR) Human Resources Director and/or staffing is preferred.
License:
Degree in Human Resources preferred, not required.
