As a Service Advisor, you will:
Ensure each customer receives a positive experience.
Guide customers through the service process and address their needs.
Communicate with guests during their service and keep them informed.
Advise and sell service recommendations based on the technicians findings.
(MPI) Maintain manufacturer specific & up to date knowledge and training on the product and service's available Skills and experience qualifications Must be able to be a team player amongst other professional service advisors.
Must have prior experience as a Service advisor.
Create and prepare repair orders, knowledge of CDK preferred.
Maintain a strong follow up process to ensure high CSI (KPI) will be achieved Maintain a positive energetic attitude throughout the work day.
Effective listening skills while communicating with guests and co-workers.
Desire to provide a high level of customer service in a fast paced environment.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Currently hiring for the following required shift 5 day work week including Saturdays.
Week day hours are 7:
30am-5:
00pm.
Weekend hours are 6:
30am-3:
00pm.
