Full-Time and Part-Time Food Service Manager Responsibilities Food Service Manager:
Oversee and assist food service directors, cooks, and dietary staff.
Oversee menu reparation assignments.
Ensure food is meeting the highest of standards.
Performs inspections of work, storage, and serving areas to comply with regulatory guidelines.
Act as liaison with vendors and property managers regarding updates to products, as well as administration access issues.
Complete cost analysis on product lines Research product information and perform product searches online for non-standard product needs.
Work with key vendors to help establish approved product catalogues and price books; engage in pricing negotiations as needed.
Qualifications Food Service Manager:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work independently or part of a group and to prioritize and organize tasks.
Computer knowledge.
Problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills
