The Delivery Specialist has the following
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent front-line customer service before, during, and after purchase Thoroughly address customer questions (vehicles, financing, certification, etc.
) while properly qualifying and guiding them to vehicles that fit their needs Review paperwork with customers at time of purchase Explain services, technology, and features of vehicle to customers Sales of additional services from AutoLenders including but not limited to gap insurance, service center services, etc.
Follow up with customers following their vehicle purchase to ensure satisfaction Compensation and

The Delivery Specialist should have the following skills, education and
Experience:
Excellent written and oral communication skills REQUIRED.
Previous call center, sales, phone sales and/or customer service experience in any field desired preferably retail or vehicle sales experience.
Previous retail management experience preferred.
Travel required.
Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
