All methods of practice shall conform to written hospital policies and procedures and be carried out to the highest achievable level of competence in a manner demonstrating concern and consideration.
The Mental Health Associate will demonstrate the Barnabas Health philosophy to Total Quality Management by actively applying that philosophy in all dealings with both internal and external customers.
Position is 24 hours per week, 7:
00pm - 7:
30am, following a period of orientation and training.
QUALIFICATIONS Baccalaureate degree psychology or related field.
Minimum one year experience, training or education in the field of treatment preferred.
Must possess excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
Experience as a nursing assistant or in a patient care setting helpful.
Current BLS for Health Care Providers (CPR and AED) Program Certification, or able to obtain within 30 days of employment.
