Ensures enforcement of facility policies and standardized feedback to employees related to policies and clinical performance; Provides supervision and is a resource for orientees; Provides education and mentorship; Provides support and follow through for clinical and nursing quality issues; Provides clinical leadership for medical and psychiatric emergencies, and oversees unexpected events.
Responsible for collection of QA data.
Qualifications Current NJ licensure as a Registered Nurse Bachelor Degree in nursing or related field or currently matriculating.
BSN preferred.
Prior experience with adult behavioral health patients required.
Minimum one year nursing leadership experience.
