As a Sales Account Coordinator - Office Admin, you perform vital administrative duties that help our business continue to run smoothly! Your work provides valuable support and backup for our sales team.
You perform job costing and pricing for potential projects and share this information with the appropriate sales reps.
After a representative makes a sale, you process the new order and enter it into our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
You meticulously track the resulting commissions from these orders and ensure the rep is properly compensated.
As needed, you perform other duties around the office to support your team.
